Each antique watch is individually selected and carefully inspected by our team of experts. Once purchased, the watch is mechanically inspected and fully checked by our watchmaker. If necessary, the movement is fully overhauled and tested to ensure it operates to our exacting standards.
We always describe the watch as fully as possible in our sales texts. Our zoomable images are of the highest possible quality and form an important part of every watch description. We never hide or conceal any element of the watches we sell.
The key to our unsurpassed service is fully insured Fedex Priority shipping. Once you've received your watch, we encourage you to inspect it thoroughly. If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know. We offer a 14-day return policy. Simply return the watch for a full refund of the original purchase price.
Our guarantee
We offer a one-year warranty on the mechanical function of the watch, starting from the day of purchase. We do not guarantee the water-resistance of a vintage watch, unless expressly stated in writing. Consequently, our warranty does not cover damage to the case and/or movement caused by water or moisture entering the watch. Our warranty does not apply to accidental damage or mishandling of your watch and does not extend to the bracelet, case parts (including pushers, winding stem, crown and bezel), watch glass, dial and hands.
